The basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator in the form of marketing of own services (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). The data was obtained from publicly available sources, such as company websites, business registers, publicly available lists and registers, data contained in internet maps, data from social networking sites such as linkedin, facebook, twitter. Data may also be obtained from entities involved in sharing contacts with potential customers on the basis of their consents. The data will be processed only by the administrator until contact and in the case of consent to the presentation of the offer – until it is presented.

In the case of concluding a contract – the data will be processed in order to implement it and possibly pursue claims or protect against claims within 8 years after the end of the contract. Each person whose data we process has the right to object to the processing of their data, rectify data, request deletion of data, information on whether and to what extent data concerning them are processed as well as submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (PUODO).
